Cannock Wedding Photography At St Thomas Church Huntington.

Yesterday 21st June saw Glyn T Jones Photography providing the Cannock wedding photography for Chris and Katharyne on their wedding day.  The couple had chosen their Cannock wedding venue to be St Thomas Church in the Huntington area of the Staffordshire town, before moving across to Chase Park for their wedding reception.

We arrived at the very pretty St Thomas church in the shinning summer sunshine, to await the arrival of Chris our bridegroom. Chris didn’t know, but Katharyne had arranged for him to be picked up from home, and brought to the Cannock Church along with his bestman Dwain, in a stunning Aston Martin Vanquish. This was an amazing surprise for him, as this is in fact his favourite car. This obviously needed to be photographed for inclusion into the wedding album.

There were now guests arriving at this lovely Cannock Wedding venue looking forward to witnessing the marriage of this lovely couple, we photographed family members with Chris before they entered into the church to take their seats. It was all too soon 3.45pm, so Chris and the whole wedding congregation moved inside the church to await the arrival of the bride Katharyne.

Before long a beautiful white 1932 vintage Rolls Royce wedding car arrived at the church carrying Katharyne, along with her very smart looking brother to give her hand in marriage. Katharyne emerged from the wedding car looking absolutely stunning, she was wearing a long strapless white wedding dress, complete with train. We photographed Katharyne with the Rolls Royce wedding car along with her bridal party, before she entered the church to walk down the aisle to meet her groom chris at the altar.

The couple had previously told us that they did not wish for any photographs as the wedding ceremony was taking place. So we waited in the church for the signing of the wedding register to again carry on with our wedding photography.

With the marriage ceremony complete and Chris and Katharyne formally introduced to the wedding congregation as Mr and Mrs Keeling, we ventured back outside into the June sunshine.

We photographed the newlyweds in the small grounds of the church along with members of their congregation, where the newlyweds received a rather heavy shower of confetti from their loved ones. All the traditional wedding photography was soon completed, and it was now time to spend some time with the newlyweds to capture some more informal portrait photographs of them together.

Bride and groom now returned to the Rolls Royce to be taken the short distance to Chase Park where their guests were already waiting for them to be introduced into their wedding reception.

Inside Chase Park we photographed the proceedings, before Chris and Katharyne took to the dance floor to perform their first dance together as husband and wife. We now left the newlyweds to enjoy their special day as they partied hard long into the night with their family and friends.

We would like to thank the brand new Mr and Mrs Keeling for choosing us to photograph their Cannock wedding day for them, it was a pleasure to be ablke to be a part of their special wedding day.

We would also like to take this opportunity to wish them a very long, very healthy, and very happy life together as husband and wife.
