Professional Wedding Photography At Staffordshires Hawkesyard Hall

Saturday 12th March 2016 saw professional wedding photographer Glyn T Jones return to one of our favourite Staffordshire wedding venues. We had been booked to provide Dave and Kerry with their official wedding photography at the beautiful Hawkesyard Estate just outside Rugeley.  The estate is set around the grade 2 listed building of Hawkesyard hall, which with its stunning landscaped gardens makes for a truly romantic wedding venue.

We arrived at the Hawkesyard Hall Estate at 12 pm as arranged and made our way to find Kerry, who along with her bridal party was getting ready for the big day at the venue. Kerry was very calm and relaxed as her make-up was professionally applied, any nerves from the day ahead certainly didn’t show through.  After a few photographs had been taken we left the bridal party to finish their preparations, and we made our way outside to await the arrival of Dave the bridegroom.

Dave arrived along with his best man, and various other family members. Dave looked very smart dressed in his blue three piece suit. Dave posed for a few photographs outside the grand Hawkesyard Hall with his best man, and family members, as well as greeted the guests who had now started arriving. Before too long, the guests along with the groomsmen were called into the venues Lister Suite to take their seats for the wedding ceremony.

We waited outside for the arrival of Kerry who we knew would be arriving on the venues limousine golf buggy. Kerry arrived looking beautiful in her white strapless wedding dress along with sparkling tiara. Kerry posed for her pre wedding photographs along with her bridesmaid, pageboy, and her father who was today giving her hand in marriage.

The wedding ceremony inside the Lister Suite went very well, and was thoroughly enjoyed by the family and friends of Dave and Kerry who made up the congregation. Dave and Kerry were now officially married, and introduced to the wedding congregation as the brand new Mr and Mrs Chambers to a huge applause from their guests.

It was now time for the traditional wedding photography around the grounds and gardens of Hawkesyard Hall of the newlyweds with their loved ones. Once the formal family photographs had been taken it was time for us to spend some time alone with Dave and Kerry to capture romantic portrait images of them together for their wedding album, while the guests enjoyed drinks from the Orangery bar.

The wedding congregation was now called into the venue to be seated for their three course wedding breakfast. Once all the guests had found their seats, the bride and groom were introduced into the room to take their place on the top table to enjoy their meal.

We returned to Hawkesyard Estate in the evening to photograph Dave and Kerry in the illuminated gardens of the picturesque hall, before it was time for the cake cutting ceremony.

It was now time for Dave and Kerry to take their place on the dancefloor and perform the traditional first dance together as husband and wife.

The party now got started, and was in full swing by the time we congratulated the newlyweds and left them to party hard to celebrate their marriage with all of their guests.

We would like to thank Dave & Kerry for choosing us to provide them with their official wedding photography. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish them a very long, very happy, and fun filled life together as husband and wife.
