Tamworth Wedding Photography Captured By Staffordshire Photographer.

Friday 4th October 2013 saw Staffordshire wedding photographer Glyn T Jones providing the professional Tamworth wedding photography for Daniel and Sarah on their wedding day. They had decided to hold their wedding ceremony at St John the Baptist church in the Staffordshire town, before making their way the short distance to The Castle Hotel that is in the shadows of medieval Tamworth Castle. This is a Tamworth wedding venue that we know very well from previously photographing many weddings at over the years working as a wedding photographer. There are so many picturesque spots set in the glorious castle grounds that make for stunning backdrops to any wedding photography.

We arrived at St Johns church at around 12.15pm as arranged to await the arrival of Daniel, our groom, along with his two best men. By this time guests had started to arrive, so we set about photographing the two flower girls on the doorstep of the church, they looked beautiful dressed in their white bridesmaid dresses complete with black sash, and sparkling cardigans, carrying their little white baskets filled with petals. It was not long before Daniel arrived looking very smart dressed in his black suit, complete with white waistcoat, along with black cravat. Daniel was running slightly late, so he had to dash straight into the church they had chosen as their Tamworth wedding venue as our bride Sarah was on her way.

Before long a white stretched limousine arrived outside the church carrying the four bridesmaids, they emerged from the limo, and looked stunning, They were wearing black bridesmaids dresses and carrying their white wedding bouquets. Arriving at the wedding venue just a couple of minutes behind the limousine, was an amazing white Bentley wedding car with a black bow, and ribbons. This of course was carrying the bride. Sarah emerged from the wedding car and looked absolutely beautiful, a true fairytale bride to be. She was dressed in a strapless white wedding dress, with a tiara in her hair, and also carrying her white flower wedding bouquet.

Sarah, on her fathers arm, and along with her full bridal party made their way inside the church to make the short walk down the aisle to greet her groom at the altar. The wedding ceremony went very well, and was filled with giggles and tears from a very nervous and excited Sarah. Daniel and Sarah were now officially named as the new Mr and Mrs Williamson, and walked up the altar to sign the wedding register along with their two witnesses. This all important part of the wedding ceremony was photographed to be part of the newlyweds memories from their wedding day. The congregation now stood to celebrate as the newlyweds made their way back down the aisle to exit the church as man and wife.

All of the traditional wedding photographs were now taken outside the Tamworth church, including the always popular confetti throwing tradition, Daniel and Sarah were treated to an exceptionally heavy showering from all their loved ones. With the family group photography at the church complete Daniel and Sarah made their way to the awaiting white Bentley to take them across town to have some more wedding photography in the grounds of Tamworth Castle.

We spent a short time alone with the brand new Mr and Mrs Williamson photographing loving portraits of them enjoying each others company, and of course the occasion.

Wedding Photography in Tamworth Castle Grounds

Sadly rain had now started to fall, this made the newlyweds dash back to the Tamworth Castle hotel. Here we photographed them with their wedding cake, and in the very picturesque Tudor Suite of the hotel, as this is where they were treating all of their guests to a three course wedding breakfast before partying the night away with all of their family and friends.

We now left them to enjoy their wedding day, before welcoming more guests that had been invited to the evening reception at the hotel.

We would like to thank Daniel and Sarah for choosing us to work with them on their special wedding day to capture their wedding photography We would also like to wish them a very long, very happy and healthy life together as husband and wife.

A selection of the wedding photographs from this wedding will be available to view in the wedding gallery, once they have been seen by the bride and groom.
