Burton on Trent Wedding Photography, The National Brewery Centre

On Saturday 7th April 2018 we were at the National Brewery Centre and museum in The Staffordshire town of Burton-on-Trent to provide the professional wedding photography for Richard and Andi. The couple, who live just over the Staffordshire border with Derbyshire, had chosen to hold their whole wedding at the famous age old brewery.

We firstly visited the Derbyshire home of Richard and Andi to photograph the bridal preparations as Andi, her bridesmaid Kelly, and daughter Jasmine had their hair styled and their make-up professionally applied ready for their special day.  The atmosphere in the house was very calm and relaxed as the ladies prepared themselves for the big event.

We now moved over into Staffordshire to arrive at the Burton Brewery Centre to meet bridegroom Richard, and his bestman Graham as they greeted the guests that were arriving for the wedding ceremony. Richard and Graham were happy to pose for us around some of the vintage and quirky brewery vehicles that the museum holds.

Once all of the wedding congregation had arrived and been greeted by Richard, they all entered the wedding venues Worthington Suite to take their seats for the ceremony of marriage. Richard and Graham were by now clearly very nervous, as they took their seats at the front of the Worthington Suite.

Andi arrived to the wedding venue in a stunning blue Rolls Royce wedding car along with her father, and when she emerged from the wedding car, she looked beautiful in her white strapless beaded wedding dress complete with tiara and veil.

The wedding ceremony ran smoothly, and in no time at all Richard and Andi were announced to the congregation as husband and wife. They then exited the Worthington Suite for the traditional wedding photography to take place.

Once all of the traditional family group photographs had been captured, along with a heavy showering of confetti for Richard and Andi, they returned to the blue Rolls Royce wedding car for some romantic wedding portraits of them with the classic car.

The wedding congregation now relaxed with a drink from The Brewery Tap bar, or had a walk around The National Brewery Centre Museum, before been treated to the formal wedding speeches followed by a hot food buffet.

Once the evening guests had arrived and congratulated the happy couple, they were called onto the dance floor to perform the traditional first dance in front of all of their family and friends.

It was now time for us to say our goodbyes before leaving the wedding party in full swing to party hard late into the night.

We would like to thank Richard and Andi for choosing us to provide their official wedding photography. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish them a very happy, very healthy, and very long life together as husband and wife.
