Tamworth Wedding Photography At Beautiful Middleton Hall.

Saturday 12th July saw us providing the Tamworth Wedding Photography for Phillip and Louise at the stunning wedding venue of Middleton Hall.  Middleton Hall is every wedding photographers dream venue to work at. The hall is a 13th century manor house, set on the outskirts of Tamworth in Staffordshire, it is now a grade two listed building, set in its 40 acre grounds that contain walled gardens, hidden pools and scenic woodlands

We arrived at this Tamworth wedding venue at around 11.30 am to await the arrival of our bridegroom Phillip, along with his close family members, and other members of the groomsmen.  The wedding venue had been beautifully decorated in the purple colour of the wedding by the venues wedding coordinator Becky.

Phillip soon arrived, he was looking exceptionally nervous at this point, so we set about taking some more informal photographs of him along with his bestman to ease him gently into getting used to being in front of our camera lenses.  Phil soon seemed much more relaxed, so with his photographs taken we left him alone to greet the guests that were now starting to arrive.

We walked around to the courtyard of the venue to await the arrival of the bride Louise for her wedding day. We did not have to wait very long, as we soon heard the roar of a powerful V8 engine, and saw the beautiful white Daimler wedding car coming along the long landscaped driveway to the manor house. Louise stepped out of her wedding car looking simply stunning, escorted by her father Mike who was looking immensely proud. We made sure that we got some photographs of both Louise and Mike with the vintage car, both together, and alone.

Louise, along with her bridal party entered the wedding venue via the back staircase to arrive in the upstairs bridal room to await the time to make her entrance. Here at Middleton Hall the brides entrance into the view of her guests is amazing, from a balcony down to the ceremony room via a big elegant staircase, the marriage ceremony is then perfomed on a platform slightly higher than the rest of the wedding congregation.

The wedding ceremony ran perfectly, and was thoroughly enjoyed by the couples friends and family, before the newlyweds left the manor house to enter the beautiful garden areas of this venue to greet their guests.

The whole of the wedding congregation now made their way for drinks and canapés in the walled garden, where they were entertained by the very talented Rebecca Kelly playing her violin and singing in the very warm July sunshine.

We captured all of the traditional wedding photography at various locations around the Tamworth wedding venues beautiful gardens, as well as the loving portrait photographs of Phillip and Louise alone, apart from the company of each other.

Phillip and Louise had previously told us at the pre-wedding meeting that they wanted a group shot of themselves with all the guests around them forming a heart shape, It was decided that this would be carried out on the venues west lawn, this meant that it could be photographed from above from one of the upstairs windows of the manor house.

It was now time for the newlyweds to be introduced to their congregation, to be seated for the wedding breakfast. This was our cue to leave them alone to enjoy the rest of the day, and of course party hard into the night.

We would like to thank them for choosing us to provide them with their professional wedding photography, it was pleasure to be a small part of their big day. We would also like to wish them a very happy and long future together spent in the best of health.

Once the photographs have been seen by the newlyweds, a small sample will be added to our wedding gallery for viewing. You can also keep up to date with work we are doing on our photography blog.
