Wedding Photography Frequently Asked Questions Answered

Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions regarding our Wedding Photography Services

Can you/we alter a wedding package to suit our wedding photography needs?

Yes of course, the packages and prices we list are just our popular wedding photography packages and prices. We can tailor any package to suit your individual requirements for your wedding day, just contact us to arrange an informal meeting to discuss your wedding day.

How Can we view samples of your work in print?

As well as the many wedding fayres that we attend throughout the year, we also always offer a free no obligation visit to our prospective clients for you to view samples of our work along with a wide range of the hand-made Italian wedding albums that we supply with our wedding photography packages. Of course if you would rather visit us, you will be made very welcome.

Do you carry spare photographic equipment just incase of equipment failure?

Yes, all of our cameras and photographic equipment is at least doubled up, often more then doubled to ensure that we can still professionaly capture your wedding photography if we experience the very rare case of a failure.

How Many Photographers will attend our wedding?

The short answer is two. There will be Glyn the main photographer, and Tracy who as well as capturing the candid often unseen moments of your wedding day will be on hand to organise your group and family photography to ensure that the whole wedding photography does not drag on too long. We never contract our photography out to other companies (as many other do) so you can feel reassured in the knowledge of exactly who will be photographing your wedding.

Do you visit the wedding venues in advance of our wedding ceremony?

Yes, each and every wedding venue for which we are booked will be visited by us at least once before your wedding day. We view the wedding, and reception venues both inside and outside in the grounds to find the best views and scenery for all of your wedding photography. This helps us on the day to organise your friends and family, resulting in a much shorter, smoother and more pleasurable experience for you and your guests.

Are you allowed to photograph the wedding ceremony?

This is down to each and every individual taking the wedding, whether it be a vicar in a church, or a registrar at a registry office, or out on location. Gladly we are finding that as time goes by many are relaxing their rules quite alot. As a very bare minimum we hope to be able to photograph the key elements of your wedding ceremony, including the brides entrance down the aisle, the echanging of rings, and the kiss. As stated these days it is very normal for us to photograph the whole wedding ceremony without any problems.

How soon after our wedding will be able to view our wedding photographs?

All the newlyweds who have us to photograph their wedding will be able to view their photographs within 4 weeks, it is usually much quicker than this as we realise that getting married is an exciting time, and that you will be eager to view your wedding photography.

Are you fully insured?

Yes we are fully insured for your, and your wedding venues peace of mind. This includes public liability and professional indemnity.

How long do you keep our wedding photography files, incase we want to order more prints?

We keep all of our wedding photography files indefinitely backed up on various hard drives stored at various locations. Should you wish to order any more photographic prints from your wedding day, even after many years of marriage this would not be a problem.
